Lemay initially started her career in 1997 by working with Ubisoft as a Graphic Designer before going freelance into other areas of the computer game industry. Ann Lemay was a writer & narrative designer at Ubisoft Montréal where she worked as a consultant writer for the Assassin's Creed: Revelations narrative and storyline design, and as a scriptwriter for the short animated film Assassin's Creed: Embers. Additionally, she oversaw the narrative script and storyline for the Assassin's Creed Encyclopedia.
