Animus Project Update 3.0 is the third downloadable content pack for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, focusing on the game's multiplayer mode. It is the multiplayer update included in the DLC pack, The Da Vinci Disappearance. The entire pack was made available for download on March 8, 2011 on Xbox Live and March 9, 2011 for PlayStation Network. It includes a new multiplayer map, the Spanish Muslim Palace of Alhambra, two new multiplayer modes, Escort and Assassinate, 6 character additions: The Dama Rossa, The Knight, The Marquis, The Pariah, The Officer and The Harlequin, and 10 new trophies/achievments. It also activates all other content from the previous 2 Animus Project Updates, and The Helmschmied Drachen Armor skin, and the Trajan Market and Aqueduct Templar Lairs.
Trivia
- The Officer and Harlequin were multiplayer characters previously only available with pre-orders and collector's editions of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.
