The Lesbos Breastplate was a type of linothorax armor made during the 5th century BCE on the island of Lesbos in Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the armor was given to the Spartan misthios Kassandra as a reward after she helped Thais, a Chiot merchant with his plot to murder the leader of the Petrified Islands.[1]
