Korea (South Korean: 한국; North Korean: 조선 ) is a cultural region and historical nation currently divided between two sovereign states: the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
History
Abstergo Industries maintains an office in South Korea's capital, Seoul.[1]
In 2015, the Japanese Assassin Brotherhood's Mentor, Saeko Mochizuki, sent a team into North and South Korea to aid the local cells as part of the organization's global hunt for Álvaro Gramática, Abstergo's Director of Research in Future Technology. Gramática had become a top priority when the Assassins learned of his plan to reconstruct an Isu's body using a Shroud of Eden and his laboratory.[2][3]
