"Jack the Ripper" (Unknown – 1888), known as Little Jack during his youth, was an unidentified serial killer and member of the British Brotherhood of Assassins who was active in the Whitechapel district of London in 1888. Infamously known for his gruesome murders of young women, in fact fellow Assassins trying to stop his madness, his actions threatened the very existence of the Assassins in London.
Biography
During his youth the Assassin mother of Jack was butchered by the Templars of Crawford Starrick and the traumatized Jack was placed into the Lambeth Asylum, where the ill treatements aggravated his mental instability. After the death of Starrick in 1868, Jack was freed of the Asylum by Jacob Frye and became one of his new apprentice.
In 1870, he traveled with other British initiates to India, in order to learn the Fear skills of the Indian Brotherhood, which Jacob's sister, Evie Frye, had joined.
As an Assassin, Jack developed an extremist view on the Assassins' mission and became completely mad, taking control of the Rooks and recruiting disciples to follow his new Creed of Terror.
Skills
As far his skills go, one can easily deduce that his skills are on par, if not superior to the likes of the Assassins, as he is able to defeat, experienced brawler and master Assassin, Jacob Frye in hand-to-hand combat. He has also shown an indomitable willpower as he never gives up on the tasks at hand. His body is also conditioned for superior physical performance, similarly to the Assassins. He is also a master manipulator, being able to manipulate the entire town of London as well as the Assassins. These extraordinary capabilities, combined with his physical conditioning & cunning intelligence makes him an extreme threat.
