J. Robert Oppenheimer.

Julius "J." Robert Oppenheimer (April 22, 1904 – February 18, 1967) was an American theoretical physicist and professor of physics at the University of California, Berkeley.

He is best known for his role as the scientific director of the Manhattan Project that developed the first nuclear weapon, for which he is often referred to as the "father of the atomic bomb".[1]

An unsigned, undated Abstergo memo indicated that the authorisation for Oppenheimer's atomic tests was granted by them.[2]
