The common hunting now used in Ancient Egypt

The hunter bow is the standard type of bow originally invented by humans for hunting but later adapted into warfare. Compared to other bow variants such as the light bow or the predator bow, the hunter bow is of medium size, long enough to support a carefully drawn arrow, but small enough not to be too unwieldy.[1]
