The Aliki Quarry was an ancient marble quarry that was located on the Cape Marmaron on the island of Thasos, Greece. The Aliki Apogee offered a good view of the whole quarry. Mined constantly throughout antiquity, the Aliki Quarry was famous for its fine marble. With its own pier, export of the rock was easy.[1]
