The Hammer of Hemorrhaging was a war hammer identical to the common sledgehammer used in the 5th century BCE Makedonia, Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found the hammer as a reward for unwittingly helping Aiantides' brother.[1]
