Gaelec Simard, (also known as Gaelec-Yannick Simard) was a mission director and Team Lead Level Designer on Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood at Ubisoft Montreal, where his area of focus was games' single player missions.

Prior to this, he worked as a mission coordinator on Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed: Revelations ensuring continuity between the storyline and gameplay elements.

Currently, he is working on an as of yet unnamed Assassin's Creed series title.
