Archbishop Francesco Salviati of Pisa, (1443-1479) was one of the major Pazzi conspirators.
Francesco was convinced he would be the next Archbishop of Florence. But he was enraged when Lorenzo de' Medici stood in his way. But the Templars were there to heal his wounds. It was Salviati who marched his troops into the city. Afterwards, he fled to an area near San Gimignano. Francesco lives within Villa Salviati in Tuscany, where he is assassinated by Ezio in Sequence 5. Ezio opens the villa's gate to let in Mario's mercenaries. Salviati screamed insults at Ezio and the assassin replied that the Templars talked too much.
