Fort Louis

Fort Louis was one of three French strongholds in the North Atlantic at the time of the mid-18th century. Through these forts, the French exerted their control over the region.

During the Seven Years' War, the Templar Shay Cormac attacked the fortress, using his ship the Morrigan to destroy its defenses, before infiltrating it on foot. He then killed the fort's captain, thus claiming the stronghold for the Royal Navy.
