Feng Zisu (冯紫苏; born 1995) is a Chinese manhuajia.

Biography

Early career

Feng gained recognition for her manhua Dāojiàn Dòu Shén Zhuàn (刀剑斗神传, The Legend of Sword Fight) with Xu Xianzhe, who would later become the author of the manhua Assassin's Creed: Dynasty. Feng was praised for her vivid character portrayals and her ups and downs of the plot.[2] Futabasha's former editor-in-chief Kazuji Kurihara appraised her as "one of the most talented young manga artists".[3]

Assassin's Creed

In November 2020, Feng was announced as the artist and writer of a new manhua—later revealed to be Assassin's Creed: Valhalla – Blood Brothers—made to promote the latest installment of the Assassin's Creed series, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. The manhua's first chapter "An Invitation from England" was released on 4 November with more to follow in three-week intervals. The manhua is a short series and was collected in a single volume once completed.[2]

In April 2021, it was announced that her manhua was to receive an official English translation published by Tokyopop.[3] A digital version is planned for release on 28 June, while physical copies will be released on 10 August.[4]
