Fear bombs were hallucinogenic weapons developed by the Indian Brotherhood of Assassins. When used, they emitted a cloud of hallucinogenic powder along with a frightful noise of a scream, inducing intense hallucinations and fear in those caught in their blast radius.
After learning from the Indian Assassins, Evie Frye utilized these bombs in her own missions, notably in her hunt for Jack the Ripper, who used them as well.
