Edward Braddock (January 1695 – 13 July 1755) was a soldier and general of the British Army and the commander-in-chief for the thirteen colonies of British America at the start of the French and Indian War. Braddock was secretly a member of the Templar Order.

During the French and Indian War, Braddock had several soldiers under his command, namely John Pitcairn and Charles Lee, whom he rarely saw due to their Templar Allegiance. This disobedience of command came to a head when Braddock was confronted by Haytham Kenway, the Grand Master of the Order.
