Duccio de Luca was a member of Florentine nobility.[1]
He was, as of 1476, promised to Claudia Auditore da Firenze. He cheated on her, saying his father told him he "could do much better than an Auditore". After Claudia was informed of this by other girls, her brother Ezio met with Duccio outside the Duomo and beat him up as payback.[1]
In 1506, Duccio visited Rome, and claimed to have had sex with Claudia Auditore, who was at that point the Madam of the Rosa in Fiore; Rome's most popular brothel. He met with Ezio Auditore again, and provoked him into battle. Duccio, aided by several henchmen, was unable to beat Ezio though. Ezio requested the location of Da Vinci's three stolen painting, which Duccio gave, but was ultimately knocked out by Ezio after provoking him further.[2]
