The Druid's Cottage was the home of the druid Halewyn in eastern Glowecestrescire, England.
History
Circa 876, during her pledge to Glowecestrescire, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir tried to clear her name of the recent assumed murder of Tewdwr. Eivor traveled to the home of the druid, Halewyn, under the disguise of the Mari Lwyd, to determine the ingredients within Gwilim's pouch. With the disguise, Halewyn saw Eivor as a spirit and tested her as such. After lighting up haystacks on fire and solving Halewyn's riddles, Eivor asked about the contents of Gwilim's pouch.
