Having traveled to Venice to retrieve the [[Apple of Eden]] from the Templars, [[Mario Auditore]] and a group of [[Assassins]] assisted an unsuspecting [[Ezio Auditore]] in an assault on the Templar Grand Master [[Rodrigo Borgia]] and his soldiers. After an intense battle, the Assassins proved victorious, driving Rodrigo from the city and recovering the apple.
