In March that year, the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye liberated a number of Clinkers being held in a Blighters stronghold in Whitechapel. In return, the Clinkers aided the twins in overthrowing Rexford Kaylock's branch of the Blighters and joined the newly formed Rooks syndicate, effectively ending the Clinkers' existence.
