Well Italy appeared in a linear fashion in Mafia II, Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Dante's Inferno, etc. I can't think of many games where Italy was the setting.
Well, this was Colonial America, I prefer that term compared to revolutionary because it took place even before the American Revolution.
