I think it's fake too. There aren't any trophies about rifts, or something like "get all pieces of customization for Arno" (There was the same in AC2). Why put a trophy like "Synchronize 100 viewpoints" instead of "Synchronize all viewpoints"? And I think putting 4 different trophies for flags is also weird. I think and hope it's fake.
