I'm looking forward to meeting some of the historical figures and seeing some cool events. Unfortunately we're too late for [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Exhibition The Great Exhibition], and too early for Jack the Ripper and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (unless we're content seeing him at 9), but meeting Dickens and Darwin should be interesting.

I think they've just applied the term 'boroughs' liberally to mean 'areas'.
