As for Rogue DLC, no real word on this either - it's been asked during an interview pre-release, but the answer was "we can't talk about that at this point in time". So, it's possible they're working on it, but it's also possible we won't be having any DLC (as was the case with Ubisoft Sofia's previous AC game Liberation).
