Tracks like ''Labored and Lost'', ''The Revelation'', ''The Aquila'', ''Modern Assassin, ACB E3 Trailer'' and ''A Heated Discussion ''are without doubt, phenomenal pieces of music that deserve a place even among Kyd's best work. So why am I not sad to see him go? Two reasons:

I think a lot of fans would agree with me here. The recurring theme throughout ''ACIII ''and ''ACR'' was borderline boring. I know themes in scores are commonplace, but I personally hate the idea of basically "rehashing" a piece over and over and over, something Jesper was never guilty of. My other problem, and probably my biggest gripe with Balfe, was the complete non-existence of ambient singleplayer music in any form whatsoever. Kyd's ambient music is second to none, and is one of the reasons why I LOVED the score of ''ACII, ACR'' and ''ACB'' so much. Tracks like ''Istanbul, Welcome to Konstantiniyye, Home in Florence, Rome Countryside'' are simply beautiful pieces of music that truly immerse you in the world of the games.

Tracks like Labored and Lost, The Revelation, The Aquila, Modern Assassin, ACB E3 Trailer and A Heated Discussion are without doubt, phenomenal pieces of music that deserve a place even among Kyd's best work. So why am I not sad to see him go? Two reasons:

So the real big question is; Who is taking over!? Is Kyd returning? I guess we'll have to wait until after E3.
