Astarte's Dull Axe was a variaiton of the common Ornate Axe which belonged to Astarte the Swamp, a mercenary who operated in Greece during the Peloponnesian War.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra received the axe, among other rewards, after she defeated Astarte for a bounty.[1]

Astarte's Dull Axe, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the Ornate Axe, another weapon in the same game. These are both recycled models of Headsplitter, a weapon from Assassin's Creed: Origins.
