The Serpent Bow was a bow used commonly in the 5th century BCE Greece. Named after the reptiles, the bow was believed to emulate their speed and deadliness, its arrows setting the target's veins on fire with venom.[1]

The Serpent Bow, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as a number of other similar weapons in the same game, including the Bow of the Assassin and the Viper Bow.
