Francisco Cabral (1529 – 16 April 1609) was a Portuguese Jesuit missionary.
Cabral was sent to Japan and was given the post of Superior of the Jesuit Mission. In 1579, Alessandro Valignano was sent to assist Cabral, although the two almost immediately despised each other. Cabral eventually discovered that Valignano was using his Jesuit connections to search Japan for recruits to the Templar Order. After being confronted about this by Cabral, Valignano used his influence to force the former to resign from his post in 1581.
