When [[Haytham Kenway]] arrived to America, Benjamen was one of the targets that needed to be tracked. Haytham and [[Charles Lee]] found him being tortured and interrogated by [[Silas Thatcher]] and some Redcoats. After being inducted into the order, he shot and killed Silas  during the assault on Silas' fort in 1754.
