The Auxiliary Shield was a shield utilized by Auxilias, non-Roman citizens from the peregrine that was found in Egypt during the 1st century BCE.

Trivia
- The Auxiliary Shield was based on the square parma type shields which were actually used by gladiators. The actual auxiliary parma shields were oval.
