I do believe you should start with the beginning, Assassin's Creed number 1. It gives you the introduction to the main character, the conspiracies, etc. If you start at any other point in the series, you will be totally lost because the AC universe is very complex. Then go on to 2, then Brotherhood, and after that you'll have to wait until Revelations comes out in November of this year. The handheld games are additional info and stories if you want to jump into Altair's story a little more as well as Ezio's. If you're not looking to spend tons of money on games, then buy:

Assassin's Creed

Assassin's Creed II

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

The DS and PSP games are:

Altair's Chronicles (DS)

Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines (PSP)

Signature

I thought I would help you figure out how to customize your signature when you're using it on forums, blogs and talk pages.

I'm going to list the instructions in a logical step by step process

• Go to your preferences
• Next go to signature (You'll see it) and you'll see the option to use "wiki text" in your signature. Click the little box next to it, to allow such an option.
• Here comes the tricky part, you need to use html coding to customize your wiki signature but don't worry, I've done this before. Here is an example of what the coding should look like: http://runestonelibrary.pbworks.com/w/file/fetch/54237789/SupremeAssassin%27sSig.txt
• As you can see, this is for my customized signature... So follow this example and you should be fine.
• If you have photoshop, you can choose the color and what not.

Lol, well I'm expecting two more inches of height so it's only natural I would eat a lot... plus... I need the energy in order to function at the mental capacity that I do. I can read people like an open book depending on what mood they're in, there are some people that I just can't figure out and when that happens... I can get... grouchy since I hate not knowing. My ability to figure things out, usually extends to being able to deduce certain things based on little more than a scrap of detail, such as me figuring out California is your residential area from the time difference and... your personality. Zodiac signs are extremely fun to digest... I even look at things such as Numerology, which can be astonishingly accurate. I don't like tattoos, I hope you don't indulge in those... they take away the natural beauty of a woman, as do piercings. I'd explain the significance of star signs to you but I wouldn't know where to begin. I feel like inserting something sickly sweet right now... You are more exquisite than the Goddess Aphrodite and wiser than Athena, your eyes are more beautiful than diamonds and your hair is as smooth as silk. Usually, people look at you weird when you don't like the same things most people do. I hate tattoos. They're so unnecessary and unbecoming on a woman, like curse words or smoking. Just awful. Very fortunate for me, however, I have come across a rather intriguing development during my time researching methods to extend one's vertical reach. Would you like to know, my findings? Look up, "Grow Taller 4 Idiots" you may find it pleasing. I suppose I could grant leniency for the ear piercings, as they are really common in society nowadays. Well, I don't feel too bad about being my height. I'm actucally glad I'm not taller than 5'6. I'd be self-conscious. I've had ear piercings since I was 4. You did mention that you were a romanticist. Why would you be self conscious if you were taller? I'd be self conscious if I was shorter. Legit romance is my forte. I like taking my time and getting to know the person, I like knowing if there are certain limitations in the relationship and if there are things that need to be worked such as trust and compromise. One thing I must also mention Supreme, if you see this, is that you should not judge yourself higher than others while you are here on the AC Wiki. A little bit of playful banter we can handle, but calling yourself an "alpha male" and the whole romanticism needs to be kept contained.
