X Marks the Spot is a memory in Assassin's Creed II.

Description

This is the second last memory of the game and can only be started after Ezio has collected all the

Codex Pages and had them decoded by Leonardo. It begins with Ezio meeting Mario and the other Assassins at the Villa Auditore. Ezio then places all the Codex Pages on the Codex Wall, and solves the puzzle by using Eagle Vision and rotating the pages. Once solved, the image turns out to be a map of the world, showing the location of the Vault and other Pieces of Eden.

Outcome

The Assassins find the location of the Vatican Vault and Ezio goes to Rome to assassinate Rodrigo Borgia.
