William Johnson was an Anglo-Irish official of the British Empire, who initially moved to the Province of New York to manage an estate purchased by his uncle, Admiral Peter Warren, which was located amidst the Mohawk. During the French and Indian War, Johnson commanded Iroquois and colonial militia forces.[1]
He was pursued by the Assassin Connor Kenway after he sought to buy Connor's native village, which jeopardized the security of Connor's tribe.[2]
