Warren was a farmer and the husband of Prudence. They were both found by Ratonhnhaké:ton while being harassed by soldiers for not giving up their produce. After Ratonhnhaké:ton saved them, he invited them to live at the Davenport Homestead, as there animals had been slaughtered and there land salted.
