Vieri is seen at the beginning of Assassins Creed 2 and he fights Ezio who was gathering people to fight his family for slandering the Auditore name. He is later seen at the Auditore family villa trying to kill him and what remains of his family. But Mario Auditore saves Ezio and beats Vieri's men.
