Varius' father was an American Assassin active in New York City and the father of Varius. He is also an ancestor of Owen Meyers.
Biography
Life as an Assassin
While raising and teaching his son the ways of the Assassins, he would always speak highly of the Mentor of the American Brotherhood. Varius' father also almost single-handedly kept the Templars in the city at bay until his death.[1]
Legacy
Following his death, his son Varius subsequently became the sole Assassin operating in the area, under the orders of the American Mentor. The Mentor mentioned him in conversation to Varius in 1863 while rendezvousing at the Bowery Boys' clubhouse about how the last time he'd been there when his father was alive.[1]
