In 1943, the ship was where a secret project was conducted by the Assassins under Colonel Boris Pash and the Templar scientist John von Neumann, in an attempt to alter the past and present. Dubbed the "Philadelphia Project", it housed Die Glocke, a precursor to the Animus.[1]
On 28 October, an erratic Eddie Gorm snuck aboard the ship following the incident in Poland that had left Julia Dusk dead.
