The Arsenale di Venezia (English: Arsenal Shipyard) was a shipyard in the north-east corner of Venice. Throughout its history, it served as a base of operations for the Knights Templar, with the 1320 renovation of the shipyard paid for by Templar funds.
In 1486, it served as the point of departure for the Templar vessel destined to collect the Apple of Eden, and also as the point of arrival for said vessel two years later.

Most of the inside of the Lair is what appears to be a drydock, with the half-built structure of a ship within it.
Although this secret location offers no new plot or characters, it does reward the player with a medium amount of florins.
