Arnolfo di Cambio (c. 1240 – 1300 or 1310) was an Italian architect and sculptor.
In 1294, Arnolfo designed the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, although work on the building would take decades. In 1299, he began construction on the Palazzo della Signoria. Arnolfo incorporated the tower of the previous structure in the facade of the Palazzo.
