St. Giles Rookery was an area in London during the Victorian era.

Located in the Strand, St. Giles Rookery was overcrowded and squalid, which led to it soon becoming known as one of the worst slums in London. When Parliament came with plans to clear the land, the Blighters, operating under Victor Lynch, bought it and started using it as one of their two strongholds in the borough.

When Jacob and Evie Frye arrived in London in 1868, the Assassins started to diminish the Templar hold over the city. Henry Green pointed the Frye twins in the direction of St. Giles Rookery, leading to it being wrest from Blighter control. From then on, the Rooks used it as their stronghold instead.
