Trivia

  • In spite of its name, the Scottish Flintlock is actually based on a replica 18th century Russian flintlock pistol.[2] This also calls into question whether the pistol in Assassin's Creed canon is actually Scottish or Russian one. On the other hand, the Pitcairn-Putnam Pistols have the design which was typical for the 18th century Scottish pistols. [citation needed]
  • The image of the pistol seen in the shop menus shares the model of the English Flintlock Pistol's. When equipped, it has its own proper model.
