Richard Altman (died 1888) was an English actor who worked at the Adelphi Theatre in London, United Kingdom.
In the autumn of 1888, he was stabbed to death by his understudy, Woody Shinnings.
Trivia
- The Bounty Hunt is based on a real life incident: the actor William Terriss was stabbed outside the Adelphi Theatre by another actor, Richard Archer Prince, in December 1897.
