The Poison Blade is a Hidden Blade upgrade, essentially a hollow needle equipped with poison. Whoever Ezio injects with the poison will go berserk, swinging their weapon wildly and attacking all those in range before dying. Ezio can replenish this weapon by buying poison vials from Doctors.
This weapon is one of the best the player will get in the game; this is because Ezio can kill someone without attracting much attention to himself and instead making people look at the person going berserk. If the people looking at the person who is berserk are the targets, Ezio can assassinate them quickly and silently without them noticing a thing. Additionally, the player can make someone go berserk as a distraction to draw guards away from the target and assassinate him.
