This weapon is one of the best you'll get in the game; this is because you can kill someone without attracting much attention to yourself, and instead making people look at the person going berserk. If the people looking at the person berserking are your targets, you can assassinate them quickly and silently, and they wont notice a thing. Additionally, you can make someone go berserk as a distraction to draw guards away from your target and assassinate him. This is especially helpful during Assassination Contract missions.

The Poison Blade is a Hidden Blade upgrade, essentially a hollow needle equipped with poison. Whoever you inject with the poison will go berserk, swinging their weapon wildly and attacking all those in range before dying. Ezio can recharge this weapon by buying the poison from street doctors.
