Perikles' Residence

Perikles' Residence was the main residence of the Athenian statesman Perikles in Athens, Greece.

History

In 431 BCE, Perikles hosted a symposium which was attended by his friends and colleagues, including the misthios Kassandra.[1]

After the defeat of Kleon in 422 BCE, Kassandra returned to the residence, hosting a party alongside Alkibiades, Aristophanes, Herodotos, Hippokrates and Sokrates.[2]
