The Patrai Military Shipyard was one of the shipyards in the port city of Patrai, located on the northwestern coast of Achaia, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the shipyard was used by Machaon, a member of The Silver Vein branch of the Cult of Kosmos, as his base. Thence he provided ships for Sparta, Athens, and various members of the Cult. After learning of Machaon's allegiance to Kosmos, the Spartan misthios Kassandra infiltrated the shipyard and slew Machaon. She also claimed the valuables within.^[1]
