Anios was a figure in Greek myths, said to be the founder and king of Delos, who ruled the island during the Trojan War.
According to the stories, Anios had three daughters, one of which was Elais.[1]
Influence
By the time of the Peloponnesian War ruins of a sanctuary called Archegesion of Delos, dedicated to Anios, could still be seen.[1]
