Nancy Nilop was an employee of Abstergo Industries and an associate of former employee Leila Marino. In 2000, she was included in a carbon-copy of an email from Warren Vidic to Alan Rikkin, alongside David Kilkerman. Twelve years later, she refused her colleague Lucy Stillman's request to access information concerning Leila's suspicious "suicide".
