Eight statuettes of Roman gods may be found scattered about the city of Monteriggioni. Each pair of statuettes may be set upon their designated pedestals behind the Villa Auditore; subsequently unlocking 2,000 florins when the correct pair of statuettes are placed. Doing so also increases the value of the city.
Statuettes
The eight different mythical figures carved into a statuette, and their map colors, are as follows:
- Neptune: Red
- Pluto: Green
- Jupiter: Yellow
- Minerva: Blue
- Diana: Black
- Apollo: Purple
- Mars: Brown
- Venus: Lime Green
Pedestals
Each pedestal has its own message, describing the statuettes that sit upon it.
Neptune and Pluto: Two brothers rest here. One resides fathoms deep, the other at the end of time.
Jupiter and Minerva: Here sits the king of all Olympus and beside him stands wisdom, to guide his rule.
Diana and Apollo: Together, but never touching. One sleeps while the other rises, yet both watch over us.
Mars and Venus: The god of rage and strength basks in his lover's radiant beauty. She tames his anger with her gentle touch.
Locations
Jupiter
On the rear/eastern wall of the Church.
As Jupiter is located high up on the wall of the Church, it may either be reached by climbing the Church and dropping down its eastern wall, or by climbing the large building to the west of it (the city Mercenary guild) and jumping.
Pluto
To the north of the courtyard fronting the Church.
When facing the entrance to Church, simply turn left and look behind the small tree next to the Church courtyard. The statuette should be attached to the wall just behind it.
Neptune
On a wall southeast from the Villa entrance.
Neptune is located at the top right corner of the the village, just east of the training arena. After finding Pluto, it may be reached by climbing the building directly in front of you until you are in line with the arena. Afterwards, drop off to the left, towards the arena.
Mars
On a wall southwest from the Villa entrance.
Mars is almost at a mirror location to Neptune, and can be found by going directly west after finding Neptune. It is attached to a wall to the west of the arena.
Venus
On the western wall of the western building closest to the Villa.
Venus is located on the west wall of a small building, which is northwest of the building where Mars is located. The statuette is attached to the wall just above a wooden scaffolding.
Apollo
At the southwest corner of the city, on the building just north of the brothel.
It may be easily found by looking north from the roof of the brothel. It is attached to the second floor of the adjacent building, just above and to the left of an archway.
Diana
On the northern wall of the building directly in front of the city gate.
Similarly to Apollo, Diana is just above and to the left of an archway. It may be easily found looking to the south of the courtyard with a lush tree, in line with a street crossed over by several wooden beams.
Minerva
On a building just to the east of the city entrance.
Minerva is on the corner of a building that is attached to a walled in courtyard with a small tree (similar to the tree courtyard in which Pluto is located). It is on the opposite side of the building to the tree, on a low roof in the southeast corner.
Trivia
- Two statuettes, Minerva and Jupiter, have both been revealed to represent members of Those Who Came Before.
