The Messenia Athenian General (died c. 422 BCE) was an Athenian general in charge of the Athenian forces in Messenia against the Spartans, who were aided by the Order of Dominion in the region.

He was recruited by Darius and the misthios Kassandra to fight against the Order. Leading the Athenians at the Andania Mine, he was subsequently overwhelmed and killed by the Order's guards.[1]
