The Master Spy (unknown – 1916) was a Sage operating on behalf of the German government as head of a spy network in London during World War I. He was also a member of the Templars. Despite his alliances with the Templars and Germany, his true loyalty was towards his "religion" and beloved Juno.

During his time in London, he had seemingly recruited many of the Templar Spies there as members of the Instruments of the First Will and was attempting to recruit even more pagan followers for his religion.
